Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We strongly recommend an appointment so we can give your vehicle proper attention and avoid long wait times. That said, we'll always do our best to fit in walk-ins, especially for quick services like a check engine light scan or tire repair.

Is the diagnostic free?

Visual inspections and basic check-engine light scans are free. Deeper diagnostics (intermittent electrical, hard-to-find drivability issues) involve technician time and may carry a fee — we'll always quote you up front before any paid diagnostic work begins.

How long is your warranty?

We back every repair with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor — whichever comes first. It's honored at over 12,000 TechNet shops across the U.S. and Canada, so you're covered even when traveling.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with Synchrony Car Care to offer 0% APR financing for 6 months on purchases of $199+ (with approved credit). Apply online in minutes — most decisions are instant.

Can I bring my own parts?

In most cases, no. We only warranty parts we supply and install, because we know exactly where they came from and that they meet OEM specs. Customer-supplied parts also can't be returned if they're defective, which often costs you more in the long run.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the job. Oil changes and basic services are usually done same-day. Brake jobs typically take 2–4 hours. Major repairs (engine, transmission) may take 1–3 days. We'll always give you a realistic time estimate when you drop off — and call you immediately if anything changes.

Do you offer shuttle service or loaner cars?

We offer a complimentary local shuttle within a 5-mile radius for repairs over $300. For longer jobs, we have a limited number of loaner vehicles available by request — please ask when you book.

Will repairs at your shop void my manufacturer's warranty?

No. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act guarantees you the right to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified independent shop without voiding your manufacturer's warranty, as long as proper parts and procedures are used — which is exactly what we do.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the Synchrony Car Care financing card.

Do you do pre-purchase inspections?

Yes — and we strongly recommend one before buying any used vehicle. We charge a flat fee for a comprehensive inspection that covers mechanical condition, frame inspection, fluid analysis, and a road test. We'll send you a digital report with photos so you can negotiate or walk away with confidence.

My check engine light is on. Should I drive it?

If the light is steady (not flashing) and the car is driving normally, it's usually safe to drive it directly to us. If the light is flashing, or the car is misfiring, overheating, or losing power — stop driving and call our tow line at (206) 413-0563.

Do you work on electric and hybrid vehicles?

Yes. Our team is trained on hybrid systems (Toyota Prius, Honda hybrids, Ford hybrids) and most maintenance items on EVs (tires, brakes, suspension, cabin filters, 12V batteries). For high-voltage battery and motor work on full EVs, we'll refer you to a manufacturer-certified specialist.
